SUPROTEС’ s  PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

  SUPROTEС – is polycrystalline mineral composition with storage unit, which gives an opportunity to restore surfaces and to optimize friction pair geometry. By adding SUPROTEС into lubrication, we create a new polycrystalline layer, consists of different nanostructures: nanoparts, fullerenes, metalfullerenes, carbonic clusters, nanotubes and other multi - component molecular formations and bonds.
In the process of standard operation of units and mechanisms with application of “SUPROTEС” composition poly - effect is achieved. Metal properties in the friction areas change; metal crystal lattice in the contact zone becomes consolidated. Into crystal lattice is introduced “peaceful Army” of nano - processors, corpuscular constructors, which synthesize the process of optimum corpuscular bonds and forms of self – organization in the friction areas and thermal, electromagnetic, mechanical and other loads.
The effect of non – deterioration, that means reduction to the minimum deterioration in the friction areas gives the opportunity to extend the engine lifetime in 2 – 3 times, and some other mechanisms in 5 – 7 times.
Causes of deterioration are numerous. Practically, there is no any universal protecting method from all types of deterioration, or they do not produce effect for a long time, or even worse, they do not yield stable results.
It is known in the scientific practice, that any benchmark test do not give the whole picture of material’s effect (additives, lubricants, oils and etc.) And only real practice and time – are the only true measure of efficiency. The process of surfaces self – organization in the contact zone “metal - metal” when using “SUPROTEС” is so complicated, that it can not be thoroughly represented by only one benchmark test. In conditions “TEST” – the results of “SUPROTEС” application confirm:

 

  • Restoration of depreciated surfaces up to 0, 03 – 0. 05 mm.
  • Protection from deterioration, motor resource increase by 2 – 5 times.
  • Engine power increase by 5 – 10 %.
  • Fuel consumption reduction and cutting down expenses for oil substitute.
  • Reduction of friction, noises, vibration.
  • Essential reduction of content of CO up to 30 %, CH up to 90 %.

 

 Intellectual lubricants “SUPROTEС” give an opportunity to restore depreciated surfaces of geometrical form in the friction areas. A new surface firstly is created in the contact zone metal – metal, that means, that in the area of higher deterioration and as an effect of it high temperature. That high temperature in the friction areas creates conditions for the formation of new polycrystalline layer with particular durability, microresiliency and low constant of friction. As that new protective layer has formed – the friction and temperature in the contact zone decreases, and further protective layer formation take place in the regime of self - organization. Fullerenes and special bonds of the complex of chemical elements run the process of crystal lattice corpuscular construction. Then begins search of optimum geometry, which is aimed at releasing loads. As it happens in nature, everything is aimed at informational wear – free transfer and at the line of least resistance. The process of evolvement of the new contact protective layer surfaces is everlasting, but there are no situations of uncontrollable increase in the contact zones. That new layer is of high durability and by displaying qualities, which are typical for alloyed steels it can resist mechanical wear. However, it possesses strongly marked anticorrosion and dielectric properties, which more over block electrochemical corrosion in the process of frictions.
The technology can be put into the all engine models and mechanism with friction units. SUPROTEС compositions are compatible with any lubricant and other liquids; they serve only for composition delivery in frictions.
The principle distinction between SUPROTEС composition and other antifriction preparations is also connected with that fact, that when engines and mechanisms have been processed by lubrications, there is no need of adding SUPROTEС to the lubrication field.
Usually engine processing by the lubrication composition SUPROTEС is made while the operational process of motor vehicle or mechanisms. Refueling is easy and handy, and it takes only 15 – 20 minutes and there is no need of bringing in a specialist. It is usually carried out in 2 or 3 stages for new and average depreciated motor vehicles and in 4 and more stages for depreciated ones.
The application of SUPROTEС is especially recommended in thorough repairs, in assembling and running in of engine. Engines and mechanisms will work much longer after the thorough processing.

Operational characteristics
Oil composition SUPROTEС was tested on the models of cars of Russian and foreign production during a long period of time. All the tests were successful. We got excellent results, many of which were entered into the joint report.

 

Results of motor vehicle tests

  • speeding – up of the process of running in of new and operation of repaired machine parts and mechanisms ( time of running in is from 4 to 10 motor/hours);
  • occasional operation of mechanism without oil is possible in emergency conditions  in partial load engine work;
  • perfect engine operation in high loads, as alloyed surfaces reduce deformation, welding of parts surfaces, emerging of tearing;
  • disappearance of hydro jacks rattle;
  • vibration and noises reduction, conditioned the to European standard;
  • effect of long duration, on average 350 000 – 500 000 km of run for automobiles of Russian production and even more for foreign automobiles;
  • toxicity decrease of unhealthy substances;

 

Notice. According to many positions the real effect is greater than nominal parameters.
